I had purchased GTPL broadband service from last 1 year. I have no internet service since 1 week and GTPL customer care not solved my problem.
I’m suffering from 2 month since service always intrupted on weekends but there are no permanent solution provide by company. There are closed my complain ticket automatically without solving it. Since last 4 days they not accept my complain so I have to write them email for my complain.
Service provider not responding on my email and didn’t given me timeline for solving this problem.
Please looking in to this and provide me justice against service provider.
I also request for this days reimburse beacuse not available of service.
