Dear Sir/Madam
I have given complaint on 9th of April .. where in my internet is not working since 7th of April.
Since then I was doing follow up through customer care, they said will do it today and never done .
18th April 2022, one person came and went. Said there was wire cut and has to fixed by other team and the other team never call me or messaged .
Again then I am calling customer care they say will do it by end of the day and never done .
I am unable to do my office work and watch online tv and my parents are very disappointed .
Due internet issue I put leave to office for few days and the problem still going on
I also sent email to nodal office and south head.
Kindly do need full Sir/ Madam for my loss.
