Hi Team,
I have Took the new connection on 6th of this month 999 plan with MIFI DONGLE and 3 Add on Sims, from day 1 iam not able to use the internet and one of the sim has no incoming and out going calls. i have visited airtel office continuosly from last 2weeks around 30 times i have visited, but no resolution given. complaints were raised, and escalated to the senior management, but the technical team said there is no issue. and closed the ticket, yesterday again they have replaced the Sim , DONGLE and did reset the device , but still same.
with in next couple of days my bill get generated and they are asking me to pay the whole Bill, is it fair that i need to pay the bill of 1200 rs without using the services.
This is not correct. and iam very much unsatisfied with the services,
Its my humble request to you, please cancel this connection and make the all the sim cards to preapaid, please do it need fully.
