I have 6 mnth plan of 40mbps internet plan since 6 october 2020,since 20 days there is no internet service at my home, i called so many times in costumer care number but they are like robots spaking that your complaint resolved in 48 hours but today after 20 days my internet is off.. Despite of resolving problem they sent msg thay your problem is solved your complaint is closed… I want to file case agaist this fraud…
