The internet service company is not taking steps to fix the issue or atleast informing us on how long it’s going to take. We are all working from home. I called customer care several times, all i get from them is that i have to wait and it will get fixed in 24 hours. It’s been over 10 days now. When I decided to end their service, they even denied the refund saying we can’t provide the refund even though it’s their poor service that made me want to disconnect the service
