I have taken an Airtel Xstream pkg for Rs 799 per month.I made payment for 12 months in advance to avail the discount.The pkg was activated on 28.7.20.Airtel promises a speed of 100 mbps under this pkg.The net connection has not worked for a single day since installation.I have called 121 over a hundred times but have not been able to speak to a customer care executive.I spoke to the salesperson who sold me the pkg and asked for a refund, but according to them as per company policy refunds are not possible.I am fed up.These people are only interested in selling.Service is non existent.
