Hi,
I had take a new jio fibre connection on 15th May 2020 and the connection had stopped working since 23rd May 2020 inspite of calling the customer care several times a day no engineer had visited neither did anyone bothered to call back.
I do not understand what kind of a service is this, how do I get to know the status of my service request.
My prepaid recharge would expire on 14th June which ideally means that I have not even used the service and had to pay 1000 rupees just like that.
I want to know if there is a solution to this issue or else would follow cancellation as I m unable to work from home.
