i took airtel broadband connection recently on 7th or 8th of August. Then i requested for static IP form my connection, then i was assured i will get static ip within 3 days of the request. Its been over 10 days now. They dont care how many times i call them give same reply and fake assurances that complaint will be resolved in 2 hours or by the day end. Buts nothing will happen and they will ask me to wait again. Internet connection and static ip are important things for my work for which i am losing so much money and time. They don’t even take my cancellation request saying that they cant accept my request and must speak to higher authorities, who are very busy to even speak to in the office hours.
