I had recently converted my pre-paid connection to post paid with Airtel. This was because i had to work from home and needed uninterrupted internet. Post paid activation was done on 28th March. Unfortunately although my data consumption shows I still have 43GB of data, the network is still on Edge(which is 2G). I tried calling Airtel customer support over 121 and also filed a complaint in their portal but of no use. If i cant work from home then i will be forced to go to office as my family depends on my salary. I have been unproductive since 10th April and need your intervention in sorting this out.
