i’m unable to use internet from past two days and this problem keeps occurring again and again i tried to call 121 but the call fails everytime i call I don’t receive many calls my friends says that my phone is off but it’s not.plese tell me what is going on.i’m paying you for your services and I should not be taken for granted i will take this to court.
