From last 4 days my Internet is not working, I concern costumer service but they told there is technkcal error in your area. I can’t understand that they can’t solve error in 4 days.
I have faced this problem in each interval of 15 days in month, so if we average these, I am using 10 moth of Internet instade of 12 month, 2 month they have technical error.
I am feeling that i have given money to GTPL for solving of their technical error not for Internet access.
Same things happened to me .it’s just 13 days I get line from gtpl broad band and already 5 times there internet was stopped for 2-8 hours from last 6 days . Customer service is useless cause they don’t help us to get refund or solve . They all like bots giving same answer that technician will solve in 24 hours blabla. Even I paid money for 50mbps and I’m not getting even 2 Mbps in my all devices . I have iphone 2 android and 1 latest laptop . It’s disappointing that we paid a huge amount for service and it’s not working. It would be better I purchased jio fiber monthly cause I’m okay to experience one month but not a year . Same on GTPL
