We have subscribed for JIO Fiber and have been using this service for the past 3 months.
Since monday, this week (10th June-2024) there is no Internet connectivity.
we tried all options by using JIO App, trying to unplug the router, switch on and off multiple times but still the problem persists.
We called Customer service and they have registered Service Request..
SR Number is SR00001YQ1S2. It is more than 30 hours since the Service request was raised and till now no one is assigned to attend to this issue.
We tried to call Service support personnel in our location but there is no response!
Having exhausted all options, we are concerned about the Very Poor Quality of JIO Fiber team.
