Text of Complaint by Jenifer:

I have an airtel sim and 4g internet suddenly stopped working. The airtel thanks app is of no use. I have complained in it on April 1 itself but still stands unresolved. Then i want my money for the 3 days internet back. They ridiculously charge us for said internet but we have to wait patiently for the complain to be resolved and lose data in the mean time?
