Text of Complaint by Arv:

I have a postpaid voice + data plan but phone always shows E instead of 3G or 4G, no internet connection. Reported four times via Airtel’s automated service as well as app. Always get automated message after 24-48 hours saying it’s resolved but it’s NOT. No way to reach human customer service staff. I am paying for a service I haven’t received- this is cheating on Airtel’s part.
