Ref: complaint no-10001917984 – airtel fixedline 033100295766_dsl – On 22.11.21 morning, we lodged a complaint to Airtel towards the Internet connectivity issues and they assured that it will be resolved in 2-3 hrs as the engineer has been assigned and within the same day it will be resolved. Since then, we’ve been chasing them like anything which went in escalation, supervisors and appellate interventions, over 50 calls in 7 days but till date nothing was being initiated. They just kept on giving fake assurances that they’re working and it will be resolved.
We sent our representatives, wasted more than 100 hours in communication, 20 users assignments were impacted leading to commercial losses but no clarity till now that how they’re working and who will be resolving.
