I have taken Tata Play Fiber connection last year and it was working fine for first few days but later, there will be many connection issues. The latest is from 16th March 2023 where I am not getting internet (No connectivity itself). Its been 5 days and still I am contacting customer care to provide support for this issue.
As most of people like me are highly dependent on internet for both personal / business, it is important to have seamless connections. But I don’t think Tata Play is right option for this.
If there are any issues, it will take weeks to resolve it.
That too in a metropolitan city like Bangalore.
I think BSNL is now giving better services in rural areas than Tata Play in Bangalore.
