Respected sir,
My name is BERNARD Wilkins Roy,
I have registered a service request for inter city shift connection from Vellore to KOLAR Karnataka since June 7th and again on June 15th. I don’t have my broadband connection fixed or my landline number yet. The local service engineer mr. Rafeeq has come for survey a week ago and told me he will need to put a 300meters copper wire (no Xtreme fibre here) but needs confirmation from customers care. I have been calling everyday speaking to supervisors and yesterday they informed me that the connection is gone for disconnection without my authorisation. I have been loyal with Airtel for 6years I pleaded with agent as my life deoends on broadband connection. They are not escalating because the field agent useless fellow (who has many complaints from local people here) not willing to provide me a connection .
Kindly help me to get justice as I have paid for the month of June and lazy engineer refuses to do his work. Airtel believe thier engineer only.
