I have 3 JioFiber internet connection 1 Corporate and 3 personal. Yesterday there was no internet connection from 12pm to 7pm. Today also there is no internet connection from 12pm. When I lodged complaint yesterday I was assured the it won’t happen again- but it did. Since we are undergoing Financial losses as we are not able to work from home. JioFiber should compensate us for financial losses @ Rs 1000 per hour for no connection.
