I am disappointed with vi service my network is not working from past 6 days I’m doing continuous follow up I visited the branch they did the kyc gave me new sim still its not working after waiting 5-6 hours again I visited they said it got rejected I want to know why still they did kyc n gave me new sim still same issues so i went again they took my adhaar n photo promised me it will be done today 12/04/2022 still no results
I even contacted customer care they were rude I’m using my sisters hotspot ????
