Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar Prasad:

Well my name is Manish Kumar Prasad I have raised an issue on 29th of July at night nearly about 10:30pm and it’s 1st of August 2023 time 8:00pm, and still my issue has not been resolved I have working from home and it’s my new job just a month ago and during my main time which was really urgent for me jio fiber connection went red I have raise so my compliant every single day did 10 calls every day and total 16-17 mails I did because I desperately needed the net connection to be fixed so that I can continue with my job but they dnt even bother of that littlerly requested but they did not helped just everyday changing my visit date and time which was alright in the priority basis but still got no resolution I dnt know what they are doing in jio care no body has the ownership nor they are talking with me politely I have my reasons of fustrutation but they just did nothing one or 2 agent just disconnected my call like nothing, for them I had to suffer a lot I have to listen from my office a lot I dnt even know what should I do now after giving 6 month payment for jio fiber and which is of no use this problem I had to face one month before also and now the same prblm they did the setup wrongly while giving the new connection and now I have to suffer for every single thing which they did . You can check all my mails which I will share with you . I have not even excepted this from jio which I have to face consistency one after one month. I want you to take action regarding this jio care service because they are not at all providing that type of service to the customer .

Still the issue no -SR00001P2NXD is not being resolved the visit has been done today also and now they are saying me to cancel the connection, so after 4 days I am getting this kind of reply from jio, not only this without resolving my issue they are closing my open tickets and when I am calling to jio care they are just disconnecting my call nor given me proper type of reply in mail, this is the only reason I have to complain in consumer forum and still they are not giving any attention. I hope I should get justice over hear as I already got a warning from my job side for this issue due to which I am unable to work from home.
