Sir/mam i take excitel internet connection 6months ago but after some time internet is fluctuate I registered many complaints but issue is not resolved yet and from last two weeks internet services are totally down i have complaint many times but there is not action taken by from excitel. There are not either resolve my issue nor refund my amount. So I request you kindly take strict action against them. I am totally disappointed with excitel’s service.
