I have opted airtel fiber connection on 11th July 2022 after that on 20th july there was no internet connection, i have raised ticket on 20th July 2022, it was supposed to be resolved within 48 hrs. but till now there was no resolution provided to me. Neither they are providing any refund to me as i have paid for 6 months at a time.
i have called almost 20-30 times to customer care. they are not replying properly. they are just asking me to wait.
