Dear team
Number of mails exchanged with Airtrl customer care team, nodal office from 9th July till today with no resolution. In June itself, i have raised three request of no internet connection with each one taking 4 days minimum for resolution and this time its even worse making 15 days with no internet and money is charged on very first day of the month. We all are doing work from home and internet has become an essential requirement and Airtel has been a horrible nightmare for me. There’s no one to help or get this worked out. Just to meet TAT on mails, there is one response after 48 hours asking for another 48 hours for resolution and absolutely no results. I as a customer extremely harassed with this connection, service and communication. Can you please put your attention for resolution at the earliest?
