Text of Complaint by Kulish Tanwar:

I have been facing issue from past one year because of network failure and low network. And for this reason I wrote an email to airtel appelate mail id where my complaint was registered and it was written that, *CAGPS3CHD20211222334752 and the same would be resolved by 31-12-2021 at 04:31 PM*

Now from yesterday morning there is no internet on my phone and i am not able to attend my masters classes.

I have send reminders as well but no need is given

What kind of behavior is this?

What message airtel employees are giving to consumers?

If the problem cannot be solved than please have guts to face it and tell us. Why this hide and seek game over mails.

Now in new mail they are asking me to resgiter my mail id despite giving me the complaint registered number.

Waiting for you necessary action.
