Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I have received a call from Hathway agent on Sep 5 and he stating that I have offer for 755. So I have recharged it . Only that night my connection working. Next morning whole my modem was reset including SSID and all. When I called they told like configuration was missing and power issue. Local technical guy confirmed that no power issue. So from Sep 6 till I don’t have any internet connection. On daily basis Calling them but no turnaround. Another issue I raised ticket for stopping static IP . That ticket was still pending from August 21 . Because of that I was not able to raise new ticket and telling already one ticket was pending.What an application ? Your customer won’t have more than one issue at a time.

Need quick resolve and compensation
