My name is Abhishek Kumar Singh and my connection id(03312384174 dsl) and my complaint ticket is 10076018345.I paid on 28.08.22 for a internet connection and that was supposed to install on the same day however they took 3days extra installed on 31.08.22. The person who came to install, set up the router but didn’t check whether the connection is there or not and ran away. When i checked there was no connection at all. I tried to call on helpline number but got no service. The service center that the connection will be fixed by 01.09.22 but nothing has been done till now. I am extremely tired and cannot do anything so please help me and try to provide a new connection or please refund my money
