Hi, it’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve been facing Internet lost connection. I attempted to raise tickets/re-opening tickets many times but they never fix the Internet connection issue as a result I’ve lost my office work for couple of days without pay plus my child also couldn’t able to attend his online classes.
