I am facing network issue from 05/12/2018 to 06/12/2018. Even I cant make any voice call because of this poor network. Certain times it was showing No service on my signal. I called 2 times to the customer service they replied me that in my area signal expansion work has been progressing.I understand the customer service people can do nothing on this issue rather than to register a complaint. If airtel value thier customers they should atleast send a prior notice like sms.Airtel must give other substitute option to avoid the signal breakage. I hope you will clear the problem at the earliest.
