Has taken a new connection 3 weeks back. For past 4 days there is no Internet and raised a complaint.. Till now nobody reached to rectify or acknowledged . when I call customer Care.. everyday they say an engineer is assigned and he will visit but no one till now.. Don’t ever chose Jio.. Pathetic and worse service
