I’ve logged internet not working complaint on 22th of May 2021, my ticket no. 9790043 with GTPL, they claim to resolve any complaint within 24 hrs, but it’s been more than 48 hrs now and still the complaint is pending for visit. and they send me a msg that complaint resolve, again I put complaint on 24th May 2021 with the ticket number of 9832995 still not resolved.
As a customer, i am extremely disappointed with the after sales service of the said company.
