Problems –
1.No internet at home
2. Call drops
3. No video calls
4. No business
5. Time wastage
6. Money wastage
Location is – B block, Swaroop Nagar, Delhi 110042
Landmark – Eldoredo tuition center or SBI ATM
We have been using airtel service for a decade or 2 decades but it’s our dismay that after launching so many complaints, we are not getting adequate facility of network in our area.
In this lockdown period, Airtel seems at secondary level for us and our locality.
Everything is based on internet our job, studies and entertainment but Airtel makes its service worst day by day and consumers only have to stray about to attend call or to search anything on internet.
At our home we are 7 members and approximately more than 50 people in our street who are facing mediocre service from Airtel prepaid.
School going kids are not able to study because of internet issue.
My old aged mother has to go out always to attend the call. My father has to stand under the scorching sun light to attend the call for his office work.
Are we paying money for business growth of Bharti group?
After paying 5-6 K every month for recharging, we get only irritation and bad services from your reputation organisation.
I hope with mere responsibility you would solve the issue.
