The internet stopped working at 2 am on 13 aug 2021. I raised a complaint on 14 aug 2021 in the morning and still now there has been no resolution. The customer service people keep on saying that issue will be solved today but nothing happens after. My work is suffering due to this and I have to keep on calling airtel service again and again.
