from past 1 year i have giving complaint about the network and internet issue but still today no action is taken!
all the time i am getting internet drop and not able to use internet properly and efficiently most of my complaint is in hold and some f my complaints have been closed without my notice..
they make me promises that airtel will resolve the internet and call drop..
but still today i am facing the same issue
few months ago i requested to airtel customer care to sent executive to our area so that i can show that what exactly i am facing..
they are charging money but they are not giving the proper services and internet services
many time i have requesting them to resolve the issue but they are pushing the months and they are not resolving issue by the due date of the promise made by airtel
please take this matter seriously!
