Text of Complaint by Suresh Boyer:

I am using airtel dongal (wify) postpaid since long time with sim number 9148072678. I am paying monthly Rs471/- within due date.

This month I paid the bill online with Txn no 200408585304 on 8th April itself. Again Rs118.82 on 21st April. But my network is deactivated since last 10 days. Getting no response from customer care centre.

I think service provider is not bothered about providing proper service even though bill payments are made in time.
