I am facing this strange issue with airtel. I am not getting E or 4G. The strange thing is that I am getting 4G while calling only. ie, what I am doing is calling the customer care and pressing the hold button in order to get internet. I tried every troubleshooting steps, restarted the phone, tried other sim slot, removing and reinserting sim etc. Another issue is that I am not able to call customer care. Whatever times I press the number they say I am not pressing any keys. Is there any resolution for this? Or mobile portability?
