Hi Team Airtel ,
I think the customer service deparment is absoloutly awful n filled with bunch of substandard quality people who can barley understand bengali. How on earth they would understand english my internet is not working but your service is so disgusting that first person who took call when customer says ” mai gadha nahi hu ” that calls out with a threat by the advisor i will disconnect does he counts to be fit to work there where the person cannot differentiate between a statement n profanity where by he literally pushes the customer to lose her temper an then become abusive.
I apologise an i had to disconnect as it was disgrace as customer service.
Called 2nd time advisor logged complaint an i hope to get a call as he said he will fix by 18hours an lastly i am your customer from quite sometime an never made late payments last month also did the same but strangly the payment to you through my bank came back to my ac which i did not realize n did paid again after 2 days when i realized it was not working and your agent advised the same and i paid off. But you never backed off in charging me LPC though i have no single late payment history if you check well. An i have not questioned an paid off still with your LPC like a good customer this month. But i am getting no internet in the name of customer service threatvto disconnet the call an you put horadings that you connect for god.
I promise you if this is not sorted i will bad mouth on twitter / insta / fb and on Consumer Forum against your awful customer servicing.
