I have sent the following details in my earlier many emails but regret to inform you that I did not receive any reply nor any acknowledgement from your company. I feel that it is very unprofessional for a company like Airtel to treat loyal customers in this fashion.
Presently I am in the Isle of Man on deputation for 3-4 months and I regret to inform you that I am unable to use the services of Airtel. I am unable to do any banking transactions as I cannot receive any OTP and I will end up paying a penalty etc for non-payment. PLEASE HELP ME & SORT OUT THE PROBLEM ASAP.
Airtel website shows that International Roaming is available in the Isle of Mann (Refer to attached screenshot)
I tried manually to connect to the local service provider’s network Manx Telecom, it connects to Manx Telcom but there is no NETWORK.
