I am Jitendra Chandani my loan account number is 453498809.
I bought a IPad from WTP Malviya Nagar Store 5th May 2022. HDFC employee was came and Told me sir Do you need loan without interest. I generally asked what is the offer you are providing. He told me only you have to pay your amount in EMI no interest will applicable. I told him just process because it is good offer if I don’t have to pay interest why I will pay full amount if it will convert into emi.
He said emi will be completed within 15months.
I just checked, interest is applicable 21.89%
Duration is 24 months.
I told him pls tell me clearly don’t lie with me he also called on that time one of senior he was given confirmation. Sir no interest applicable.
He did fraud and break trust. Need action want back money.
