I am writing this with extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction. I applied for airtel broadband connection and a person named Adarsh came to collect the payment and registration(phone: 9663753391). I made an advance payment for 3 months. He promised that the connection will be given within 48 hours. He provided the landline number for us : 080-42800729
It has been over a week and there is still no news from Airtel. I tried contacting Adarsh but he hasn’t responded well and is not ready to take up any responsibility. I also contacted airtel customer support on 3rd July and was assured that the connection will be provided within 24 hours. No response was given after that despite several attempts of connecting with the customer care.
It feels sorry to see the state of service of the company as I have been associated with it for over 10 years now through my postpaid connection on: 9900135135. Being a motivational speaker and involved with the education department for the upliftment of students, I have been trying to provide services to students through online classes and needed the connection at the earliest. With this state of service I am doubtful that I would ever think of recommending airtel to anyone. I have paid advance for 3 months which I am doubtful of retrieving now.
