Text of Complaint by Vivian:

I opted for excitel internet referred by  a friend. I ask the person for installation and they said it was free for new user.

I opted for a 4months 300 Mbps fiber and they came they took 5000 (2000 as refundable fee). They provided their fiber line and they left the wire and router on the floor. When I asked them, “You won’t install it and do the wire clipping and stuff? ” They clearly said, no.

We don’t arrange the wire and if you want we will send our electrician he will do but you need to pay extra 200 rupee.

Now I am calling excitel customer service since 6 days and no reply. But as per their executive on call – you get everything done properly in installation even if you want your wire to be hidden. And in the past 6 days my ticket got a status of “solved”, I don’t know how and who did that but then after checking the status I reopened it ( this happened 5 times. Their executive say something else the ground people does some else. Totally a useless service. Please do not opt for excitel just to save 50 -100 rupee otherwise some where you will face a 3rd grade customer service experience even you have to be a part of bribing, if you will pay this much your work will be done otherwise u keep calling here and there the ground people do what they want too.

 

Please do not opt for such worst internet service. Similar was Airtel and jio in price range and they do all clipping and wire arrangement as per your wish. I asked them after this situation on call ( and my few friends near by my home who opted for jio and Airtel)
