Text of Complaint by Subhas Chandra:

We have booked two ways journey to UK in which return journey via Frankfurt, Lufthansa airlines. Since there was any information or warning on transit visa requirement before selecting the airlines and we went on selecting non-refundable ticket. Yes, we do agree we have seen the requirement only after receiving the e-ticket, we heard different feedback from different people, could not call the airlines due to various personal/family issues. We just realized before the travel, contacted both MakeMyTrip and Airlines, initially they said, they will work out on refund. Now they are denying our refund on this family emergency situation and we end up losing huge amount by booking the separate ticket.
