I have two credit card from SBI and recently four month before i took new card Simply Save and i am finding I am receiving any email and SMS for the payment I informed customer care many times but they have not resolve this issue last time as i have not information and having two cards i was unable to pay the Payment. I requested many times to higher management to reverse the late payment charges but they are refusing to do also they are charging heavily for the Late payment and Interest charges.
I am requesting to please raise this concern to the SBI and do the reversal of the same
