I recharged my Airtel account with 698/- . It was mentioned that I would get a free subscription of Amazon Videos for one month. I didn’t get that. Now, the customer care informs me that as it’s only for the first recharge. But then why wasn’t it mentioned in the details? They are obviously taking more money than JIO for the other services.
