I booked a room at Treebo Trend Elite Residency Belgaum Karnataka from Treebo Trend website from 17th to 19th December 2022. I also kept receiving messages on WhatsApp from Treebo about my booking confirmation and remote check in. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking fro 18th has been cancelled due to some Minister’s convention and i can only stay for one day and must check out on 18th morning. He further told.me that they have already emailed Treebo about this while Treebo didn’t inform me anything about it. I felt like stranded in a foreign place as i never visited Belgaum before. I was traveling with a female colleague. It was 9 pm at night and the receptionist wouldn’t check me in unless i agreed to check out the next morning. Scared and exhausted I agreed as it was dark and the situation was out of my hands. I contacted Treebo but they didn’t provide any help and simply apologized. Also there was no tea provided as a part of room service and the receptionist was very rude and I was scared to even ask him for anything. Treebo if you can’t work properly and provide safe and happy stay for your customer’s, you should shut down. I have been to many hotels before and always had great experiences. This was worst.
