I had registered a complaint 31-3466350633287 with Airtel almost a month back but did not receive any response. The complaint was raised because I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS when connected to Airtel WiFi. I have no issues making outgoing calls and sending sms through Airtel Wifi.
I have no issues with receiving/making calls and sms when on the regular Airtel network. The issue is only when connected as Airtel Wifi. Also for your information I got a replacement of SIM card from you recently because of an earlier sim card damaged.
Its already delayed by Airtel to address this issue. Also I registered this complaint twice and received no response. Can Airtel take this on priority as I am unable to make any banking transactions and other important activities due this issue.
