My problem is that whenever someone calls me, he listens to the caller tune for entire duration of the call but no ring comes on my phone. This issue has been repeatedly brought forward by me but no action has been taken towards this. I miss upon important calls many tines and i have got financial implications as well. If you are not able to resolve it, let me know, I shall change my service provider.
