I have a/c in Amazon.in since 2016 and regularly used.
At 2.23am on today (19-11=2020) password changing message has come. After that I can’t enter into my Amazon A/c.
When I use Forget-Password change option then I find that Mobile has also been change.
Then I call to Helpline No 180030001593 at 5.25am and talk with a person and get no result.
Again I call to same no at 10.01am with another lady person and get no result. She is saying “your name ‘Sukhendu Halder’ is not verifying.”.
The hacker is constantly using my Amazon A/c because I am getting notification mail at my Email-id.
This means the hacker can’t change my Email-id.
On 17-11-2020 I received “Cake Decorating Kit” which had been ordered on 11-11-2020 by COD.
The hacker has applied for Return of the Product and I get that notification in my Email-Id.
