i bought a split AC of Godrej on 14 October 2024, which suddenly stopped working. i raised the issue with Godrej on 28 April 2024, to which i was told that i would be getting a call from the technician which never happened.
after taking several followups on 29 April 2024 finally a technician visited and hardly checked the AC and told that due to Gas Leakage issue this has happened.
i got a confirmation that the technician will visit on 30 April 2024 and resolve the issue, but no one came. I have taken taken several follow-ups but no one updated anything.
we tried reaching the customer service but no response we got.
i want the compensation for the same and also want my warranty’s to be extended on my product.
