I availed a loan amount of Inr 740 through paytm postpaid. And I forgot to repay it and lost my phone. But when later when I came to know about it they applied lots of late fees which asked them to remove or lower down to which they didn’t agreed upon. Now after 2 years they mailed me that if I repay my loan amount today all the late fees will waived off and your no dues certificate will be given to you and I immediately paid the amount but haven’t received the no dues certificate and late fees is still showing up and it’s affecting my cibil score massively. Due to all this unnecessary late fees they charged me and forced me to pay all of it that u didn’t agreed upon so they kept increasing the late fees and it has impacted my cibil score badly and now when I paid the amount they asked me to they are not Giving noc.
