This is Angelo Elvis Kumar here to raise a complain towards the ‘Fire Boltt’ company .
As on 16th of March I placed an order of a watch that is the ”Fire Boltt Ninja Pro” where the payment was done prepaid specifying the order ID-70047. Before the arrival the cancellation of the order was initiated as a better watch was prefered. After the cancellation several complaints was raised in regards to the refund of the order that was cancelled and was returned before the arrival where the payment was done prepaid where as no initiatives was taken from the company itself as there leniency could seen by their efficiency towards their clients.
It has been around 2 and a half months but there’s still no response from the firm itself.
I’m here to find a solution towards this problematic issue being faced for the past few months and would be truly grateful if the Consumer Complain Court could help me out.
